We’re thrilled we can reopen and see you again in person (the cats are excited too!). Thank you so much for your support over the last year. We will expand our hours as soon as it makes sense. Why limited hours? This is a big change for our staff! After a year of operating as a warehouse (albeit one with some playful critters around) we need to adjust to these changes, as well as train staff on some new duties and tasks. If you arrive to the store and our “At Capacity” sign is on the door, please wait outside the store for a few minutes and we will let you in as soon as we can! Why limited capacity? To ensure that everyone has the space they need to feel comfortable. The physical and mental health of our young friends will remain a top priority for us. Why masks? To protect young readers who are not able to get vaccinated yet, and to make sure they do not feel singled out as the only ones who have to wear masks. Closed for browsing and order processing on Monday. Our hours will remain limited so our staff can adjust to these new policies.Ĭurrent hours: Open for browsing 10AM-5PM Tuesdays–Saturdays, 1PM-5PM Sunday. We are limiting the number of customers allowed in the store at a time to allow for proper distancing between parties of customers. All customers (ages 2+) and staff will be required to wear masks for the foreseeable future. With that in mind, here are our policies: What does that mean? We remain committed to keeping our staff and customers safe-especially our littlest customers who are still not eligible to receive vaccinations. Smith Branch. It’s been over a year since closing our purple door because of COVID-19, but we are now back open for limited in-store browsing. Osborne Collection of Early Children's Books, Lillian H.
